Some may say that consideration, integrity and respect are qualities not common to the competitive field of real estate sales. But it is exactly these traits that I believe have made my years in the industry successful and rewarding. 

I don’t believe in high-pressure selling, but trust that my clients are able to make their own informed decisions, based on the depth and range of information I provide.

That lack of hard- sell hasn’t restricted my ability to achieve many successes on behalf of my vendors. I have negotiated some record sale prices.

I strongly believe in attention to detail, generosity, discretion, courtesy and respect for everyone. It’s the little things that make the big things happen. Nothing is too much trouble when you are committed to top-quality customer service. Perhaps my former career as a senior registered nurse has given me heightened sensitivity to clients’ needs.

I am well versed at all forms of marketing and sales techniques, and while I have made many sales in Northcote and Birkenhead Points, I sell across the board-old, new, modest or grand. I love working for Bayleys North Shore. It’s such a respected brand, and the Bayleys Brand offers superb support.

I have lived with my sports-mad family of four grown children and husband John in Northcote Point for many years now allowing me to develop an extensive contact network of people on the North Shore and throughout Auckland.
