I don’t believe in high-pressure selling, but trust that my clients are able to make their own informed decisions, based on the depth and range of information I provide.
That lack of hard- sell hasn’t restricted my ability to achieve many successes on behalf of my vendors. I have negotiated some record sale prices.
I strongly believe in attention to detail, generosity, discretion and good old- fashioned courtesy. It’s the little things that make the big things happen. Nothing is too much trouble when you are committed to top- quality customer service. Perhaps my former career as a senior registered nurse has given me heightened sensitivity to clients’ needs.
